This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”)
and The Intentional Mind, LLC (“The Intentional Mind,” “TIM,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”), a Nevada limited liability company that owns and operates
TwoRelate.com.
By accessing or using our website, app, or related services (“Services”), you
agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the Services.
1. Who We Are
The Intentional Mind provides online relationship and communication assessment
tools under the brand TwoRelate. Our proprietary assessment generates
communication profiles and matching reports that help users understand and
improve relationships.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
The Services are intended for users who are at least thirteen (13) years old.
• Users aged 13–17 may use the Services only with the knowledge and permission
of a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the Services, users aged 13–17 represent and warrant that such
permission has been obtained.
• Users aged 18 and older may use the Services independently.
• Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Services.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under
13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will promptly
delete it.
3. Registration & Account Security
To access some features, you’ll create an account and password. You agree to
provide accurate and current information, keep your password confidential, and
notify us immediately if your account is used without authorization. We may
suspend or close your account if we believe your information is false or your
account is misused.
4. Termination
You may delete your account anytime through your profile settings. We may also
suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe you’ve violated
this Agreement or applicable law.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content, code, and assessments on this site are owned by The Intentional
Mind. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use,
display, and share your content for operating the Services. You may not copy,
sell, or distribute our content without permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to post or share anything illegal, abusive, or offensive;
impersonate another person; harass others; upload viruses; collect or scrape
data; or use the Services for commercial solicitation. We may remove content or
suspend users who violate these rules.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using
TwoRelate, you consent to data storage and processing in the U.S. We comply
with CCPA and GDPR where applicable. You may request access or deletion of your
data at support@tworelate.com.
8. Disclaimers
We provide the Services “as is” and make no guarantees about accuracy,
reliability, or results. TwoRelate’s assessments are for informational purposes
only and not therapy or psychological advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Intentional Mind is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our
total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any).
10. Indemnification
You agree to hold The Intentional Mind harmless from claims arising from your
use of the Services, your content, or your breach of this Agreement.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Nevada law, with disputes handled in Douglas
County courts. Disputes may alternatively be resolved through binding
arbitration under the American Arbitration Association.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be
posted on TwoRelate.com.
